Terms and Conditions The Fairmont Zimbali image library is an exceptional source of copyright protected imagery made available by Fairmont Zimbali to select members of the media and existing clients, and can only be accessed and used with the express written consent of Fairmont Zimbali's Sales & Marketing Director. Artwork using any of the imagery contained herein regardless of its usage, is to be approved prior to going to print or being aired in the case of a TV commercial. Repeat artwork is to be approved for each publication. No ownership rights to any of the imagery can be transferred to any user, and the imagery cannot be bartered or sold to a third party in any respect.
